I had to come on here and give a major S/O to Ebony for showing my boys such an amazing time at Zip City.... She was so genuine, patient & friendly.... She made their experience climbing the wall so fun cheering then successfully ringing a bell five times... Zip City did a great job picking her to be a part of their team
The laser rooms were great fun, Patrick was extremely friendly and helpful, he even did one game with my husband when our daughter backed out at the last minute.
My husband and two kids enjoyed this place. The pricing was good and the staff was nice they said. The kids enjoyed playing in the dodge ball area and riding the zip line. My husband and kids said that there was one staff member in particular that was friendly to the kids. My husband asked for his name and he said something like "Dakhota". The kids said that he would joke with them and talk to them. He was friendly to my children and actually looked happy to be there. They said that when they would ride the zip line that they would try and get him. My husband said that it was money worth spent. We plan on returning here!
I have NEVER experienced such awesome customer service from a place ever. My 6 year old brother is autistic and Tyler was so interactive with him, high giving him and playing tag while being so understanding that his main struggles is with his speech so most people are very standard and rude to him. That guy should be a babysitter he would make a killing!! Thank you for making sure Luc had a great day at Zip city
Overall it was a fun visit that offered great value!
The new high ropes course just opened as we got there, the (very friendly) trainer was there. My husband and I both had fun doing it, we felt that alone was worth the entry price. I also loved the Ninja course.
Also, Angie was so sweet and great with all of my children ❤️
Kids had a blast. Great place for a fun day out with the kids. Expensive but if you compare to other similar places the price is reasonable for what you get. Much more than just a trampoline park.
The zip line is a blast, our 4 year old daughter decided she would do it and went 8 times! She also loved dodgeball and the foam pit.
