Outside of building looks dated but the room was clean and comfortable. The room was updated. The bed was wonderfully cozy. Slept very good. Even though the hotel was booked, it was relatively quiet. Great value
Stayed here while visiting family in the area. The hotel staff is lovely, especially Amber. Amber was an absolute rockstar, who made us feel so welcome and appreciated during our stay.
It was by far the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. They ripped me off, gave me the wrong room then charged me 25 dollars for an extended check out for being two minutes past the agreed time after I had just spent 400 dollars and stayed five nights there. These people are extremely rude and after I had a price confirmed online I was charged more than that when I checked in. An absolute nightmare. I ended up paying over 75 dollars a night to stay there. I could have stayed at a place a block away with an indoor water park for that. Not to mention I booked online for six nights and when I got there was charged 80 dollars more for five nights. We arrived at almost midnight and we're too tired and it was to late to go anywhere else plus since I confirmed the reservation on line I would have been charged almost 100 if I didn't stay there . My advice is to stay as far away as possible. These people are conartists and also very rude to children. I would give anything to have never stayed at that place and feel very cheated and robbed.
Room was clean and nice. Was a plus that there was a Tesla destination charger. The first room they put us in wasn't cleaned (bed still untidy). The night staff was not apologetic at all, however they put us in another room that was good. I would stay again if needed and was close to the freeway which was nice for traveling.
On the positive the Rooms are very clean. The beds are super Comfortable. Hotel is fairly clean. Outside is the least attractive of the premises. A reasonable price at $75, But definitely no more.
We will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area.
The room was exactly what we were hoping for and the pictures on the website are very accurate for what to expect. The included breakfast had lots to choose from including eggs, bacon, fresh waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, toast, bagels, and all the condiments you would want.
I'd actually give 3.5 stars if I could. Not quite 4. Breakfast was pretty good minus the powder eggs. Also seemed help was hovering over the breakfast area waiting for 9:00 to close it down . When 9:00 came they pounced on closing it all down immediately.
