Tim in appliances is absolutely number 1 in my book!!! I received the incorrect wall oven ( MY mistake) and by the time I got to the store to handle it, Tim had the correct components ordered and they were staged for delivery!!! I don't know how he did it, but he did!!! I've been in this store before in the last 3-4 years and he has always been a great help and very knowledgeable. Customer service is not an easy job and he aced it!!
So now it has been a week or so and the order is in. We call and confirm it is there. Told that it is all in and there. Stop in the next day to pick it all up and they are now missing 3 pieces of trim but the kid helps out by calling other stores to see who else has it so WE can go pick it up. AFTER they refund the missing 3 pieces that I will now will not have special financing on. But it is just 3 pieces of trim. Not a huge deal. Yet. Now we get to the point where 3 of our 17 boxes are damaged and the flooring inside is damaged. NOW they want to refund me for the 3 boxes and have me reorder them. Now this will be more items no longer on the zero financing deal. It took three employees and a good solid hour to come to the conclusion that there was absolutely no other way to do this. So we asked them to refund the whole $1600 + order. Home Depot has flooring and are located right next door.
Went to order flooring for our home for the 18 mo zero percent financing special. The fella placing our order knew less about flooring than we did and we only know what we have read and watched on YouTube - AND he said he does it on the side! Yikes.
Bought a 24volt max kobalt 1/2 inch impact wrench which is awesome,i noticed about 2 weeks later it was 50 dollars less on sale ,went up to lowes and they price adjusted it for me got 50 dollars back thanks colton,turned right around and bought a wall mount shop vac love that too.i shop lowes and there competor,but have gotten better deals at lowes.
My range / oven broke this morning. To fix would have been $280. I decided to go look. I grabbed my dog and went to Lowes. Tim grated me in the appliance department. I told him I wanted a black gas range. He said follow me. He took me to a $1200 floor model and said if I took it home today, it would only be $400. SOLD! I went to the front to pay and he brought it out and helped me load it into my truck. He was awesome and helped me get a working range... An awesome one, for an awesome price.
